BlueJeans SSO Support and FAQ

BlueJeans uses the secure and widely adopted industry standard Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), for Single Sign On method. This also means BlueJeans implementation of SSO integrates easily with any large Identity Provider (IdP) that supports SAML. If you've built your own SAML-­based federated authentication process, we integrate with that too. We support service­-provider-initiated SAML and identity­-provider-initiated SAML.

Accelerator for BlueJeans Events

BlueJeans Accelerator is a solution that can be deployed within your network to help optimize the bandwidth consumption when a BlueJeans Event is streamed to a large number of attendees at a single location. It's a virtualized software that can be installed on any standard x86-64 based server running VMWare Hypervisor. It caches multiple video streams to a single stream thus providing tremendous bandwidth savings.

BlueJeans App 1.x - Centralized Deployment

The BlueJeans 1.x App can be deployed using various Centralized Management Tools under different environments and details for the same are explained below:

Per Machine for Windows:

This setup will install the 1.x App on a per machine (registry entry under HKLM and installation under Program Files) basis and requires Admin rights for installation. This will suit in the deployments using Citrix, SCCM and Microsoft Terminal Server (multiple users on same machine).
