Creating Usage Reports

The Reports feature in Command Center allows Group Admins to create One-Time reports for specific date ranges as well as set up a recurring usage report that is sent to designated recipients automatically each month.


Auto Refresh for Live Statistics

The Live Statistics available from Command Center can be set to automatically refresh, even when the browser window/tab is inactive. This feature can be enabled by clicking on the checkbox next to the Refresh Timer seen in the Live Meetings tab from Command Center.

BlueJeans Events: View & Share Recordings and Event Analytics

Once the event is completed, a post-event analytics report will be emailed to the event organizer containing the event recording link, chat transcription, and other detailed reports. Reports can be downloaded and shared with others.


To access the event recording, click on View/Share Recording:


Hiding participant names in Command Center

For security reasons, an Administrator has the ability to hide certain information from Command Center users. These are:

  • names of participants in Live and Past Meetings (names will be shortened)
  • names of meeting moderators under Live and Past Meetings (moderator column will be missing)
  • the ‘USERS’ tab (this will be absent)

Note that this is a UI-only change. This can be set in the Admin portal as follows:

Live Meeting Control

Live Meeting Control is a feature available to all Enterprises that are subscribed to Command Center Pro. Controlling a meeting allows you to moderate a meeting remotely. You can enable or disable various meeting features and troubleshoot the participants' experience.
