Email Invitation missing Phone instructions

If the "to join via Phone (PSTN)" instructions are not appearing on your email invitations, then it means your meeting is currently configured to not allow telephone participants due to encryption settings. Want to learn more about Encryption? Click Here

Use the following instructions to enable Phone Participants on your Encrypted Meeting:

  1. Open your Account Menu in the top, right-hand, corner and choose Settings .
  2. Scroll down to Default Scheduling Options, choose your Meeting Type (Personal or One Time), and locate the "Always Encrypt Meeting" option.
  3. Confirm that "Allow Telephone Participants" is checked and Save Changes!
